2.1. These general conditions apply to every offer, every order and every distance contract concluded between Mucho Más Mate and the customer (consumer) through the webshop www.muchomasmate.com.
2.2. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the applicability of these terms and conditions.
2.3. Mucho Más Mate focuses exclusively on consumers within the European Union (EU).
3.1. Mucho Más Mate sells only yerba mate and related foods.
3.2. We do our best to display product information, images and specifications as accurately as possible.
3.3. The product information on the physical packaging is always leading. Mucho Más Mate is not liable for discrepancies in information resulting from manufacturer changes.
3.4. Minor discrepancies in packaging, appearance or product presentation may occur.
4.1. All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT.
4.2. Any shipping costs will be clearly and itemized during the checkout process.
4.3. We reserve the right to change prices, but orders are always fulfilled at the rate in effect at the time of purchase.
5.1. An agreement (order) is established when the customer has placed the order and payment has been completed in full.
5.2. Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the web shop.
5.3. If there is an obvious error in the price display, we reserve the right to cancel an order. Mucho Más Mate will inform the customer immediately and refund the amount paid.
6.1. We ship from the Netherlands to all EU countries.
6.2. The delivery times indicated are indicative and not binding. Deviations can occur due to transportation, logistics or busy courier services.
6.3. Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation with track & trace information, if available.
7.1. The risk of damage or loss of the products passes to the customer once the package is delivered to the address provided by the customer, or presented at a pickup point.
8.1. The products we sell are food and sealed products. In accordance with Article 6:230p sub f BW, the legal right of withdrawal is excluded for products that spoil or age quickly, and for sealed products that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene.
8.2. Therefore, ordered products cannot be returned unless there is an error or damage.
8.3. A return or refund will only be accepted if the product:
* arrived damaged,
* delivered incorrectly, or
* has a demonstrable quality problem.
8.4. In these cases, the customer must contact hola@muchomasmate.com within 14 days of receipt, preferably with photos to assess the complaint.
8.5. If the complaint is justified, we will refund the product and shipping costs in full or send a replacement product free of charge.
9.1. Mucho Más Mate is not liable for misuse, misuse or improper preparation of the product by the customer.
9.2. Our liability shall at all times be limited to the amount of the purchase price of the order in question. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded.
10.1. We are not liable for any delay or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, transportation problems, government measures, pandemics or courier service failures.
11.1. We process personal data only in accordance with our privacy policy, which is available on the website. Data is not sold to third parties and is only used for order processing, customer service and, if the customer has given permission, marketing purposes.

13.1. All agreements between Mucho Más Mate and the customer are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
13.2. Disputes between the parties will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
