2. Applicability<\/h3>\n\n

2.1. These general terms and conditions apply to every offer, every order, and every distance contract concluded between Mucho M\u00e1s Mate and the customer (consumer) via the webshop www.muchomasmate.com.2.2. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the applicability of these terms and conditions.2.3. Mucho M\u00e1s Mate focuses exclusively on consumers within the European Union (EU). <\/p>\n\n

3. Offer and Product Information.<\/h3>\n\n

3.1. Mucho M\u00e1s Mate exclusively sells yerba mate and related food products.3.2. We do our best to display product information, images, and specifications as accurately as possible.3.3. The product information on the physical packaging is always leading. Mucho M\u00e1s Mate is not liable for deviations in information resulting from changes made by the manufacturer.3.4. Minor deviations in packaging, appearance, or product presentation may occur. <\/p>\n\n

4. Prices<\/h3>\n\n

4.1. All prices are displayed in Euros (\u20ac) and include VAT.4.2. Any shipping costs are clearly stated and specified during the checkout process.4.3. We reserve the right to change prices, but orders are always executed at the rate that applied at the time of purchase. <\/p>\n\n

5. Orders and Payment<\/h3>\n\n

5.1. An agreement (order) is concluded at the moment the customer has placed the order and the payment has been fully completed.5.2. Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the webshop.5.3. In the event of an obvious error in the price display, we reserve the right to cancel an order. Mucho M\u00e1s Mate will inform the customer immediately and refund the amount paid. <\/p>\n\n

6. Delivery and Shipping Time<\/h3>\n\n

6.1. We ship from the Netherlands to all EU countries.6.2. The stated delivery times are indicative and not binding. Deviations may occur due to transport, logistics, or busyness at courier services.6.3. As soon as the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation with track & trace information, if available. <\/p>\n\n

7. Transfer of Risk<\/h3>\n\n

7.1. The risk of damage or loss of the products transfers to the customer as soon as the package has been delivered to the address provided by the customer or has been offered at a collection point.<\/p>\n\n

8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal (Food Products).<\/h3>\n\n

8.1. The products we sell are food items and sealed products. In accordance with Article 6:230p sub f of the Dutch Civil Code (BW), the statutory right of withdrawal is excluded for products that can spoil or age quickly, and for sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene.8.2. Therefore: Ordered products cannot be returned, unless there is an error or damage.8.3. A return or refund is only accepted if the product: <\/p>\n\n

  • was delivered incorrectly, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • has a demonstrable quality issue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    8.4. In these cases, the customer must contact us within 14 days of receipt via hola@muchomasmate.com, preferably with photos to assess the complaint.8.5. If the complaint is well-founded, we will fully refund the product and shipping costs or send a replacement product free of charge. <\/p>\n\n

    9. Liability<\/h3>\n\n

    9.1. Mucho M\u00e1s Mate is not liable for misuse, incorrect use, or incorrect preparation of the product by the customer.9.2. Our liability remains at all times limited to the amount of the purchase price of the relevant order. Liability for indirect or consequential damage is excluded. <\/p>\n\n

    10. Force Majeure<\/h3>\n\n

    10.1. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery as a result of circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, transportation problems, government measures, pandemics, or disruptions at courier services.<\/p>\n\n

    11. Privacy<\/h3>\n\n

    11.1. We process personal data exclusively in accordance with our privacy policy, which is available on the website. Data is not sold to third parties and is only used for order processing, customer service, and, if the customer has given consent, marketing purposes. <\/p>\n\n

    13. Applicable Law<\/h3>\n\n

    13.1. Dutch law applies exclusively to all agreements between Mucho M\u00e1s Mate and the customer.13.2. Disputes between parties will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. <\/p>\n\n
