Returns and Right of Withdrawal

General Right of Withdrawal (Mates, Bombillas & Accessories)

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided the products are unused and in their original condition. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. The return shipping costs from your address to our webshop are for your own account.

Exception (Yerba Mate & Food items)

In accordance with Article 6:230p sub f of the Dutch Civil Code, the statutory right of withdrawal is excluded for products that can spoil or age quickly, and for sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons. Opened or unsealed yerba mate can therefore not be returned.

Errors or Damage

A return or refund for food items is only accepted when the product:

• arrived damaged,
• was delivered incorrectly, or
• has a demonstrable quality issue.

Complaint Procedure

In the above cases, the customer must contact us within 14 days of receipt via hola@muchomasmate.com, preferably with clear photos to assess the complaint.

Solution

If the complaint is justified, we will fully refund the product and shipping costs, or send a replacement product free of charge.
